Dynamically draws coloured dashed lines with widths thicker than one unit. The picture retention bug is now fixed. Hopefully this is the final version. As it turns out, it was an API related redraw problem . From another site I got the following information to explain why it was happening: When you set AutoRedraw to True, the .hDC value is changed so that GDI drawing draws on the .Image layer. When you set AutoRedraw to False the .hDC value is changed back to drawing directly to the screen layer. So if you wanted to transfer something between the screen layer and the .image layer (or vice versa) with a GDI call, e.g.bitblt, you can do that by saving the "source" .hDC value and then toggling Auto Redraw to change the .hDC to the other .hDC value and then do your api call. Hope you like this upload. Enjoy and Merry Christmas to all. Stay safe and keep healthy over the Xmas Break. Here in Melbourne Australia we have a temperature shocker with a heat wave, then cooler weather and tomorrow its back up to a projected temperature of 43 degrees Celsius. The climate here is like a YOYO. Really erratic. I guess its climate change in action.
